We use your data to: • Provide and improve our AI services • Detect billing errors and generate dispute letters • Send product updates and waitlist notifications • Comply with applicable law
3. HIPAA Compliance
Medical data submitted through Unlose Medical is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. We maintain HIPAA-compliant infrastructure including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our cloud providers. We never sell your PHI.
4. CCPA Rights (California Residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to: • Know what personal information we collect • Delete your personal information • Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell data) To exercise these rights, email privacy@unlose.com.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We conduct regular security audits and maintain SOC 2 compliance practices.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@unlose.com. Medical data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
