Unlose provides AI-powered tools to identify potential errors in medical bills, optimize tax filings, and assist with private party vehicle sales. Unlose does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Results are informational only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States (for the US version) to use Unlose.
4. Fees and Payment
Free features are available without payment. Paid features: • Subscriptions: billed monthly, cancel anytime via your account settings. • Success fees: charged only when a documented financial recovery is achieved. • One-time purchases: non-refundable after delivery.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Unlose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our AI will detect all billing errors or that disputes will be successful. Results vary.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlose's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
